Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), the above 7-day return policy does not apply to you. Under EU regulations, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Period of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. 

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You can do this by:

3. Effects of Withdrawal (Refunds)
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Return of Goods and Costs
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. 

• International Return Destination (China Warehouse): Please note that while our operating entity is based in Hong Kong, all returned items must be shipped back to our specialized return and inspection center in "Mainland China". 
• Return Shipping Fee & Customs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods internationally to China. This includes international postage, tracking fees, and potential import duties incurred during transit.
•  How to obtain the address: To ensure your return is tracked and processed properly, please contact us at support@sulomall.com (or use the Withdrawal Button on our footer if browsing from the EU) to receive the exact English/Pinyin warehouse address and return authorization code before shipping.
• Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Statutory Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to any supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (such as custom engraved items or custom-made products).
